I am working from home today so I can take Mari back to the train station at 10:30.  I also really need to catch up on sleep and I just have a million things I need to do.  Yes, I will be working too. More than anything, we simply stayed up late talking and then I didn’t want to say good bye last night and then have to go to work and leave her to get to Union Station with 1234082309 pounds worth of luggage.  So I called in sick.  But I am working….:) (this is very unlike me)

Last night, we did consume a bit of alcohol.  A mint julep and I had a little bit of white wine.

 

This morning we went out to breakfast at the Original Pancake House.  Doesn’t it seem like there is an Original Pancake House in every town?    I was excited to see whole wheat waffles on the menu, so I got one of those, with blueberries.  I ate about 90% of this thing and it was tasty tasty tasty!

I am putting down 450 calories for that whole wheat waffle.  There was no syrup or butter on it.  I used a tiny amount of butter (maybe 1/2tsp) and some blueberries on the side.  What do you guys think? 450 accurate or no?

Mail back the crappy phone I got from EBAY
Do a load of laundry
Pack up a few boxes of the house
Write some thank you notes
Call Allie
Get email sent out for ECU game

That should keep me busy!
