Deep breath and sigh of relief. It is Friday!! It is amazing that the feeling of joy for a Friday never goes away.
Okay, so I have a few questions for you guys. I wanted to know if it is really obvious how stressed and busy I am? (I assume so). Is this negatively affecting the blog? Also, is there any suggestions that you guys have on how to improve the blog? Has it gotten redundant and boring? Advice, please!
I also remembered that I forgot to list my workout yesterday. And yes, I only went once. I did feel some regret/guilt for not doing cardio yesterday. But guess what, I survived!

Then I did about 10 minutes of leg/knee workouts. I did one legged squats from up on a block, I did some jumps and some other things. The whole work out took a little over 40 minutes.
Last night, after dinner, I had a little bit of dessert. I don’t know what it is, but I almost always need something a little sweet before I go to bed. It never needs to be huge but I think that is just how I like to end my day.
There is a sheet of graham cracker in there with a little bit of PB, some chocolate chips, some raisins and a little bit of whipped cream.
This morning I woke up at 6 again and remember that I had forgotten to make my lunch again last night. I am really going to work on remembering that. Maybe I need to write myself a note or something. So I wasted 30 minutes this morning making my lunch/food when I should have been working on my thesis. Grrrr.
Breakfast
It boiled over again today. And I turned the power down to 80%. Either my microwave has gotten stronger or my oats are weaker. No matter what, I really should have learned by now to watch the oats! This is 1/2 cup of oats, 1/4 cup of egg beaters, 3/4cup of water. I added 1T of flax seed, a bunch of blueberries, some trail mix and a granola chunk. This is combination of textures and flavors is definitely my favorite!

AM Snack
I had that other half of the banana from yesterday calling my name, so I just made another banana sandwich.
Lunch
Because we are going to be out of town (again!) this weekend, it was another clean out the fridge lunch. There is spinach, blueberries, wheat berries, celery, carrots, egg whites, red peppers, cucumbers, broccoli and a bit of dressing on this.
I have my jell-o in the freezer like always.
PM Snack
I have had a sweet potato in the fridge since last weekend, so I figured I might as well microwave it this afternoon as my snack. I may need to go find some ketchup to add to this.
See you guys later today! It is another busy day for me (unfortunately, like always). Tonight we are heading to Blacksburg again for the Virginia Tech vs. Georgia Tech game. It will be a tough game!
Oh, and I thought I would let you guys know that I followed a lot of your advice this morning. I got on the scale. I didn’t love the number I saw. I thought I still looked okay in the mirror, my clothes still look okay, and well with the time and effort I have right now, that is the best I can do. I just can’t focus on losing weight right now. Yeah, sure, I could stand to lose a few pounds, but that just isn’t a priority right now and therefore I am happy with what I see.
