I feel like it should be Thursday by now. Good thing tomorrow I took off from work! But I have physical therapy at 8AM and I think I am going to jog to therapy. It is basically entirely up hill from my house and 2.5 miles. I can definitely do that. Jogging home after killing my knee for an hour may be a different story, but I guess that is why the made cell phones and husbands.:)
Today I went to the gym over lunch and lifted.

Work today was busy busy, especially because I am taking off tomorrow. It meant it went quickly!! I stayed for awhile afterwards working on my thesis. I am almost done with this chapter/case study that I am working on. I really want to get it resubmitted this week!!! After work, I went shopping. I got an awesome BCBG top for the wedding and then ended up get a few more things (all work appropriate) because well…I can’t hold myself back sometimes!
Tonight, the aim for dinner was to eat what was in the fridge. And for it to be as quick and easy as possible. We went with some frozen Morningstar Chik’n breast sandwich on a sandwich thin and some chicken noodle soup. I put some lettuce, tomato, reduced fat olive oil mayo and pickle relish on the sandwich.

Yes, you see a carrot with PB in the upper corner. I ended up not eating it because I was full (explanation to follow).

And well, instead of having the carrot/PB, I told Justin I would split half of another sandwich with him. Only a little mayo and relish on this one.
I also had one of these guys….because well, I don’t work tomorrow so it felt like the weekend. I almost never drink on weeknights and I feel like this week that may change a bit.
(Yes that is Biggest Loser in the background.)
Okay, time to get a few more things packed up. Busy day tomorrow so I don’t know what my blogging time will be like. 8AM–PT, 11AM–walk through at the house, 3:30PM–closing. EXCITING!!! I feel like such a grown up all of a sudden!
